DELIVERY & RETURNS
Products in stock will be sent to you the next working day. You will be notified immediately when your package is on it’s way. We will provide you with a track&trace number so you can follow your package.
All shippings to the Netherlands and Belgium above €49,90 are FREE. Shipping outside EU only at special request, due to high shipping cost.

LEN10 stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you're happy with your gear. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your products, you can return your products.
Below are the rules for online returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 working days after receiving the product(s)
You must have an original packing slip to complete your return
Items must be unused and unwashed
Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
Customer pays for shipping cost
You can drop your return package by the post office.

We are not responsible for filling in incorrect address details (name, address).
LEN10 reserves the right to refuse returned products or only credit a portion of the amount paid when the products are damaged.
If a damaged product has been returned which in the opinion of LEN10 should be for your account. LEN10 will notify you in writing (letter of e-mail) about this.
When we’ve received the returned goods in good condition, the amount paid will be credited to your bank account within 30 days.
